The drunkard's Lament
Bodies burst to thousand stars,
Leaving deep and burning scars,
Silence, scents and sweet seduction
Instigate mental reduction.
Father Nix and Somnus witness
The embrace, pious caress,
Which enthralled me to those wishes
Through melodramatic kisses.
Fragile being, faint illusion,
Mathematical conclusion,
Remembrance of past grim fate,
Arriving a bit too late.
Soon it's gone and last unspoken,
Blissful dream until awoken,
Stars dance dead and soon they fade
To the love we never made.
